Technology: Drinking Water From Air Direct

It is remarkable that the technology created by the French state.
French scientists have created a tool that can mengconvert air into water by using a turbine.

EOLEWATER: FROM WIND TO WATER

Drinking Water From Air Direct

Spoiler for Turbine and schema:Drinking Water From Air Direct
Drinking Water From Air Direct

The process works as follows:
Captured by wind turbines, the turbines are the movement of electrical energy produced by a generator connected to generate the electrical energy used for cooling the compressor switch that converts the gas substances in the air to liquid (water) using a hot modifier (heat exchanger) and a tool for withdrawing the vapor in the air (humidity condenser).

Turbine with the smallest size alone can produce 18 liters of pure water a day in conditions of very barren or arid, and 75 liters of pure water can be produced in coastal areas, and surrounding areas.
Turbine with the largest size capable of producing 4597 liters of pure water in arid conditions, and 33,131 liters of pure water in coastal areas dalm day.

With this technology it is expected the problem of water shortage and drought such as in Africa and some other countries can be overcome

Extreme Transportation : Osaka Water Taxi

Osaka as a city that has many rivers have started to use water transportation. The city has a taxi-shaped amphibious car that can run on the river to cut congestion.

Extreme Transportation : Osaka Water Taxi

Companies that have this cab is Mizukaido Osaka 808. These water taxis can accommodate up to 3 people in a single trip.

Charged any fees large enough, ie $ 175 for first hour, whereas for every subsequent half hour is required fee of $ 78. It seems this price is quite cheap, because Mizukaido 808 is a non-profit company

The highest dam in the world

Dam construction or dam is built to hold the rate of water into reservoirs, lakes, or place of recreation. Often the dam is also used to drain water into a Water Power Plant. Most of the dam also has a section called the floodgates to remove unwanted water or sustainable gradually.
Dams (dams) and the weir (Weir) is actually a different structure.

The highest dam
Weir (Weir) is a low head dam structure (lowhead dams), which serves to raise the water level, usually in a river. The surface water of the river will be raised through the peak melimpas / crow weir (overflow).

Can be used as a measure of water flow velocity in the channel / river and can be used as the motion in pengilingan traditional European countries. In countries with large rivers and heavy flow, a series of dam can be operated to form a water transport system. In Indonesia, the dam can be used for irrigation when the river water level such as lower than the face of the land that would have waterly.
